This gorgeous double primula, Pink Champagne, looks like a miniature rose as it's perfect tiny clusters of flowers open up in the March sunshine.
Like all primulas, it blooms profusely throughout spring. I love this one in particular for it's delicate beauty which is in stark contract to some of the more vivid singles which appear in garden centres now.
It is easily propagated by division and now inhabits several areas of our garden....think I will now be on the hunt for more doubles to share the space!
